This one is dedicated to me,along with the zillions around the world who are/have been self-proclaimed perfectionists!
Come to think of it, life would have been so imperfect if Nature were to be absolutely perfect in all its creations, the inanimate and the otherwise.Seems like a paradox?Let me present my case...
If the slopes of Mt.Everest were to be perfectly free of all crevices and projections, the summit, without the use of an aircraft, would never have been conquered.Climbing up the mountain would've been akin to walking on a highly polished dance floor, inclined at an acute angle!!
So,the uneven surface, despite having to face the prima-facie allegation of being imperfect,is in reality just perfect! :)
Sticking to geography,if the continents had been demarcated as per specific geometric shapes, with the oceans ensuring the perfect absence of a 'peck' between any two land masses, then civilizations and trade would've never flourished and attained their present state.See my point?
All racing aficionados and fliers know that the streamlined shape, often resulting in unusual and visibly imperfect form factors,is the reason behind the high speeds attained by these machines and their perfect resilience to the adverse conditions encountered during their motion.
Switching to the day-to-day references, the dimple accompanying the killer-smiles,would you believe, are actually muscular deformities??
OK!now, something a little more elementary, geometrically perfect angles do not always guarantee perfection.Unlike the shallow belief of what is straight is perfect, things in this world are governed otherwise!Else, how would you explain the accelerated heart-rate at the sight of a Marilyn Monroe or a Beyonce Knowles?! ;) Got my point? Its the curves that make Marilyn perfect, though they aren't necessarily perfect!!
See...Perfection is impregnated in Imperfection!!What is your opinion? Is my argument Perfect or Imperfect? ;)
