Change...

Is change good, or is it bad?
In response the mind does gad;
We do lament it, it is apparent,
Or, we resent it, or,
                           hold it god-sent.

Is change good, or is it bad?
Could life's pacts be ironclad?
Would we then don one guise,
Never ask if
              we could be otherwise?

Is change good, or is it bad?
Should it always make us glad?
Perhaps, the queries are inapt,
We only do evolve
                      when we do adapt.

Is change good, or is it bad?
What else have we ever had?
In our thoughts, in our deeds,
We live, as a change,
                   a change succeeds.
