Shivers and sighs,
Dust fighting eyes,
Tickled livery,
Walkers' bravery...

Unmasked surprise,
Scuppered disguise;
Scent and stench,
Swoosh and again,
A desolate bench,
A rattling chain...

Thumping windows,
Mottling shadows,
A wrinkled grime,
A tinkled chime,
A thrown open door,
