As I pray to halt the sand's flow,
Hoping that way you wouldn't go;
Are you with me in my prayer?,
Or, are these thoughts my sole share?
What is your dream?, Where leads your route?,
Does it have me, or, does it not?
Should I scream, or stay all-mute?,
Have I been axed from your plot?
Are your sails already unfurled?,
Is it only my mind that is whirled?
Is it all gonna end on a somber note?,
Or, can I still reach you through the aves?
Do you 've the will to keep it afloat?,
Or, 'll you swat it away with your wave?
Will you still carry me in your heart?,
Will I be a part of your new start?
Or is it all a tad beyond my smarts?,
Have you left, before you do depart?
