The Rendezvous With A Stranger I Knew..

Polished to shine was the floor,
And there was music never heard before;
The flashes of light were bright too,
The staring eyes breaking the groove;
There were distractions-quite a few,
Stunning and stifling every move;
Yet it was all hard to believe,
Was it a dream,or,was it true?
The query urging me to leave,
But someone did take the cue.
There was a HI!,in a voice-low,
She was a stranger i seemed to know;
Escaping the noise,we headed out,
And wandered around and about;
Words not spoken-but a lot heard,
Can i be blamed for being enamored?
The feet still glued,there was to be a dance,
In the silence and the touch's nuance!
