Beauty,In Perfect Blend...

Impatiently,she walked to and fro,
At every step,glancing at her watch;
Her heart set aflutter and on its toe,
Eyes set on the decorated arch.

It was time,for her valentine-
To return to her arms;
The hands were prompt and in line,
Punctuality,for once,causing harm.

Meanwhile,he did sneak inside-
A la Santa-his clothes all sooty;
His quest was for the awe-bonafide-
To be got,by immersing in her beauty.

The darkness soon embraced her,
Vision-no longer serving to sense;
It'd not cause the slightest stir,
As she was lost in his absence.

Suddenly,the wind rocked to his heart's beat,
Peppering her dark skin with goose bumps;
The symphony of silence was so sweet,
Not to be measured in the precious lumps.

Her angst had now met its end,
And she dispelled the darkness with her smile;
Soothing,loving - beauty,in perfect blend,
It was his ticket to the fantasy isle.
